Shallow bowl with a very sharp bottom. This will grate ginger, dark chocolare, nut meg, and garlic. Each comes with a silicon garlic peeler.
Peel a clove of garlic and rub it against the rough design at the bottom of the dish. Add extra virgiin olive oil. Use as a dip for bread or vegetables. For variety add: cracked pepper, herbs, vinegar, parmesan cheese...yum...get creative. Caution: edges to grate garlic can be quite sharp. Be careful!
